Far Northeast Training Board
English The Far Northeast Training Board (FNETB) is a non-profit organization based in Hearst, Ontario, which brings together representatives from business, labour, education and the community to identify and address regional labour-market needs. Its mission is to promote the effective planning of training and workforce-development programs so that the regional workforce holds the skills required by the local economy. It serves a large area along the Highway 11 corridor— from Hearst to Latchford, east of Kirkland Lake to the Quebec border — including communities in the James Bay area.
