GreenFirst Forest Products
GreenFirst Forest Products is a forest-product manufacturing business with a sawmill in Cochrane, Ontario, focused on sustainable forest management, production of high-quality softwood lumber for residential and commercial markets, and certified practices (such as FSC®) in its operations. The company is currently navigating sector challenges — it temporarily curtailed sawmill operations in Cochrane and other Ontario locations in 2025 due to supply-chain disruptions and market conditions.
